Who doesn’t need a vacation? I bet most of us are dying to have one, including me. My best friend from Germany comes to Indonesia in August, he was so excited and will arrive with a lot of plans, from attending our best friend’s wedding to having a week of holiday. He misses the heat of summer sunshine and the beaches, of course… so he asked me and other friends to join his holiday.
All I want to say is: ‘I’d love to, let’s plan it together!’ but reality is reality and sometimes it sucks. Sadly, I have to turn down his offer to go to a place I wanted to see years ago already because I have work to attend to and yes, he want to go on a weekday. Poor me, I know… but my job is my priority and responsibility that I can’t turn away from just because I need a vacation. That’s a fact of life; you need to prioritize things as they should be and as I grow up, I realize that I cannot arbitrarily choose something without consequences. So always choose wisely!
Enter our territory and follow the days of the lives of the protagonists of our project. On this page they will tell you everything about their work with Bali Against Aids. This blog will be their online diary: an opportunity for them to share their experiences and to give you a sneak peak into their life.
Enjoy the ride!
