Today is the last day of 2015! How are you guys feeling about that? What are your plans for tonight?
I've been busy with my new and kind of addictive workout these days, called Bikram Yoga. I believe Dila told you guys already a bit about it.
Today, I did Bikram Yoga. It was my third class actually, but I'm a beginner and still need to learn how to do it correctly. There are so many yoga poses that are so hard to do, I often how I wouldn't be able to do a pose and giving up, but the instructor always encouraged me to try my best. He always said that "It's all in your mind" and kept reminding us to keep relaxed, focused and to breathe.
It's December 25th, so I want to wish a Merry Christmas to all of you who celebrate it! I'm not celebrating Christmas myself, but that doesn't stop me from having the joy of it.
Tomorrow's December 25th and it's Christmas Day! My cat, Pilo, was supposed to turn 1 year as well. But unfortunately, this morning, God called her to heaven.
I met my friends today and I'm beyond happy.
It's been a while since we gathered, talked about things and updated our lives to each other. We used to hang out, going places when we were in college. We did it again, just for today, reminiscing about the good old days. Have you ever felt afraid of trying new challenges, of getting out of your comfort zone? I guess we all have those fears. I always feel excited to try something new, but somehow fear is creeping inside of me and makes me think twice and sometimes that fear makes me change my decision. But today I learnt from a simple story that fear is not always bad -and sometimes it's even good for ourselves. Here's the story....
TGIF! Yep, Friday is in the house and who doesn't love the weekend? What are your plans for this weekend?
For those of you who might don't know yet, or who feel like to staying at home, I think one of the best ways to enjoy free time is to watch movies. What I'm talking about today is not any movies, but movies about HIV/AIDS. |
Enter our territory and follow the days of the lives of the protagonists of our project. On this page they will tell you everything about their work with Bali Against Aids. This blog will be their online diary: an opportunity for them to share their experiences and to give you a sneak peak into their life.
Enjoy the ride! WELCOME
