Have you ever felt disappointed over something? I bet you all had that feeling before. A few weeks ago, I went to a tailor to have a kebaya (one of Indonesian traditional outfits) made. It was my first time asking this tailor to sew something for me, but my sister said that she is good. So I trusted her and went along with the sewing.
Today, I had my kebaya fitting and somehow the kebaya was made in a disappointing way. It was nothing like I wanted and imagined, even though I gave her a picture as an example of my kebaya. At first I was in a panic because it didn't look that good on me and I have to wear the kebaya next week! But over time, I started to feel a little bit more relaxed and kept a positive thought. The kebaya might be not as good as I wanted it to be, but I learned something from this: don’t ever expect too much, so you won't be disappointed. Lesson learned!
