But all the hard work paid off. Not with money, but with the satisfaction that I feel when I know that the work I've been doing have lead to success. Of course my work didn't go smoothly all the time, I stumbled a few times, but I stood up again. The feeling of seeing the happy faces of the participants and the chance to take a selfie with The Minister of Youth and Sports are some things that I can't even described with words. Remember that your hard work will pay off. And that's what I'll do over and over again.
I once mentioned that I had a new job: I'm working for a foundation which focuses on youth leadership, called the 'Great Leader Great Nation' Foundation. In September the foundation started to plan a few events in collaboration with The Ministry of Youth and Sports. The first event on October 23 was a success and from December 14 until 16 we held a "Youth Leadership Camp". I'm working as a secretary at the foundation and the preparation for the events was so busy: from contacting and communicating with all the parties involved (including the partcipants and the Ministry), meetings, surveys and keeping up with the database, up to updating the social media and website. Is it hard work? Yes. Is it exhausting? Of course.
