The thing is, I will need to control my eating patterns and get back in shape, I need to work out every day in my life. It's getting serious, but the doctor said it is not too late to control everything, she even said that she's glad I had the medical check-up. So this is my message for you guys today: please take care of your body, don't ever worry or even be scared to check your body or to get tested. Because it's better to get to know the facts about your body as early as possible. Stay -or become- healthy!

Everything seems normal in my life -except that I'm always on diet- but I just found out something that will change my life: it turns out that I have diabetes. At such young age, I know... And I don't know how to react.
