That's one of the reasons why I took a membership in a fitness club, because I feel healthier, happier -and most importantly: feel so content myself whenever I exercised. Days grow into weeks, weeks grow to months and months turn into years.
Everything has it end though and so does my fitness membership. I haven't extended my membership because of various reasons, but... being in shape and feeling healthy need to be continued. The thing is I usually went to the gym whenever I felt like doing some sports and something has definitely changed. I'm still excercising 3 times a week, the difference is that instead of taking a class I excercise by myself and I do it at home. It's kind of hard, really to excercise at home, but I manage to do it. You know why? Because I make it happensand most importantly, because I choose to do that. What I'm trying to say here is being healthy is your choice, it depends on you. So, think about it and do something good for your own body. Because if you don't, then who else will?
