Everything went very well and the most exciting part is that the students are interested now to help us, Indonesia Against AIDS, grow bigger in our country! What could be better than that? The good thing about today is I realized that people out there actually cared enough to make a difference. Are you one of those people too?
Today was a big day for me because I just shared my experience and knowledge about HIV and AIDS with Communication and Public Relations students in the Swiss German University in BSD City. I was nervous as hell, I sweated for the first 3 minutes because I didn't feel confident enough to talk in front of all those people. I finally managed to contain myself and I'm happy that I could share almost all of my knowledge with them. It was basically an hour sharing session and I'm so glad I did it! What I loved about the students was that they actually care a lot about this issue, they engaged in what we discussed. Me and Mr. Matthias (their lecturer) were kind of amazed to see how enthusiastic these young people reacted to the issue. I'm glad they asked me questions and were curious to learn more about HIV and AIDS.
